Sep 19, 2008 2:15 PM - If this bill was to address the Pets Evacuation and transportation then why has government allowed the "Coalition" which includes only large animal organizations to participate in disaster evacuations? Rescue organizations with years of experience have been rejected admittence into the state of Texas to assist. Stating they have to be invited. Meanwhile resources are not anywhere enough to handle the load and animals are dying just like before - Answer it!
