By active, good faith participation in post-release and/or prisoner reentry projects/programs funded by the Second Chance Act. U.S. Department of Justice would be a source of listings as to such programs/projects. Jul 19, 2009 9:33 PM - Do's a Cop -Out help in the process of points, and Is ths H.R. 1593 give same percentage's as 85%off for time served ? -
