Union workers such as; The UAW and SEIU, also community organizaion workers such as ACORN and AmeriCorps are also exemt from the government "option". Under Section 154 which states that this bill with not interfere with collective bargaining so all unions that have health care imposed as part of their contracts with employers will not have to adhere to the government option nor pay the fines the rest of us have to if we decide not to select the government option. In addition, government employees, the legislative, exucutive and judicial branches of our government have also been written out so they won't have to have the same health care we will be made to live with. If it's not good enough for them, why should we be forced to have it? Aug 8, 2009 10:20 PM - Will medical care be rationed to senior citizens? -
