Aug 26, 2009 3:36 PM - I closed on my home in Dec of 2008 and received the tax credit of 7500.00. Since then, the bill has been updated since to an 8000.00 credit that does not have to be paid back. Does that mean I will no longer have to pay my tax credit back? - Answer it!
Oct 13, 2009 4:39 PM - So I am trying to get the Obama remod. My refi closed and funded on Dec. 31st 2008. Citi is telling me that I don't qualify for this because they didn't record this until the 12th of Jan. 2009. I just heard that it had to be recorded on my end. Is this true? - Answer it!
