Oct 27, 2009 12:14 PM - I received a payment reduction notification in the mail saying it could modify my loan and reduce monthly payments, rate reductions, and/or freeze my existing interest rate. Is this legit? - Answer it!
Nov 2, 2009 4:51 AM - I contacted my mortgage company about a mortgage reduction loan. They said I did not qualify because I did not have a loan with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Is this true? - Answer it!
