i hope retrogression will end. there are alot of nurses wanting to go to the ststes. Though there are a lot of other countries that need nurses, America will always be the mother of many countries. Answered by a visitor on Mar 24, 2009 12:52 PM -
Retrogression is a fact. Nursing shortage is a fact too. The govt. works on finding solutions to counteract the retrogression.Nurses & other health care workers (with approved credentials) are ALREADY on hand, waiting to be hired.
