Oct 26, 2009 4:37 AM - I'm in the Philippines, and I'm the surviving spouse of my late husband who applied for the Filipino Veteran Equity Compensation Fund but passed away. My stepchildren claimed the Filipino Veterans Equity Compensation Fund. Isn't it that the surviving spouse should claim the benefits? - Answer it!
