Oct 20, 2009 11:38 AM - I work for a mortgage lender as an FHA Underwriter. They recently told us that changes to this act now requires them to run periodic credit reports on their employees. What I'm wondering is WHERE in the act is this stated? and WHAT does it have to do with the purpose of the act to allow BK judges to modify loan terms? - Answer it!
Nov 12, 2009 12:41 PM - I am working and not delinquent but the payments are too high for me to manage. What programs are available to me? - Answer it!
