May 12, 2009 12:04 PM - if hr 1444 is passed, does that mean you cannot practice your religion during your length of mandatory service? -

That's what that means! You would be required to remain neutral on all subjects. Which is okay...depending on who is telling you how/where your Corp is going to volunteer. Sep 4, 2009 10:41 AM - Why not enact a 2 yr national service obligation at age 18 or after one's high school graduation? -

Because of Amendment XIII, outlawing slavery and involuntary servitude. Also Amendment X, limiting federal power to the powers listed in the Constitution. |
