Oct 14, 2009 4:58 PM - Bank of America "held" transactions over a 5 day period, then processed all transactions on one day, causing a trigger of overdraft charges for 10 transactions. Rather than 2, which would have been the case if they had been processed per the date they came into the bank, instead they processed all 5 days worth of transactions highest to lowest (POS and Versatel). Is this legal? - Answer it!
Oct 22, 2009 10:18 AM - Why is it acceptable and necessary to charge the full amounts? When the overdraft amount is just pennies up to a dollar below, what's being charged? - Answer it!
