Jul 7, 2009 3:35 PM - So if you adopt in 2009, do you still have the 5 years to collect on the adoption tax credit? - Answer it!

Oct 14, 2009 5:05 PM - I am confused about the 12/10 date. When they say it 'sunsets' at the end of next year, does this mean an adoption finalized in 2010 will benefit or is the date only to signify that you have to file by that for qualifying 2009 adoptions only? thanks. - Answer it!
