Oct 17, 2009 9:35 PM - Does it address them taking your $900 mortgage payment before your 6 or 7 little under $20 transactions so you don't pay 6 or 7 penalties, but just the one for the higher amount which they always process first? - Answer it!

Oct 28, 2009 3:22 PM - Since interchange fees are such a burden for businesses, if this bill passes, will businesses be forced to drop their prices on goods? Or will consumers still pay the same amount? - Answer it!
