Jun 25, 2009 5:04 PM - I have a vehicle that qualifies for the incentive trade for a fuel efficient car. It's in good running order and has current insurance coverage but has an expired tag and inspection sticker and is parked (due to fuel prices). Will the expired tag/inspection disqualify my vehicle for the program? -
