This bill is in the first step in the legislative process. Introduced
bills and resolutions first go to committees that deliberate, investigate, and revise
them before they go to general debate. The majority of bills and resolutions never make it out of committee.

Answer it!Sep 18, 2009 3:12 PM - The big question I have is what are the real limits on the Czars? Is it possible, if this bill is passed, for the Czars to step into any business, or is it limited to the situations we saw last year with corporations either near collapsing or that have been bailed out. From an outside perspective, this bill looks a bit too over reaching and needs stronger limits on what the Czar can and cannot do to fit the more appropriate situations. -
