Answer it!Nov 16, 2009 5:08 AM - Under the part about enforcement, section 503(i)(2) reads, "the provisions of 503(b)(5) shall not apply." Does this mean that 503(b)(5) can not be legally enforced, even though it is a provision in the bill? Does that render the section useless, in terms of consequences to the Internet access service provider who violates that section? -
