Mar 3, 2010 10:27 AM - In the previous extension, it stated that your EUC tier benefits would be extended if your current extension expired before Feb 28. However, if you were collecting regular UC your benefits had to expire before Feb 20 to be eligible for Tier 1 benefits. With the current extension it just provides the date of April5. Does this apply for people who are currently receiving Tier benefits and collecting regular UC benefits or for those just collecting Tier benefits? - Answer it!
Mar 17, 2010 2:46 PM - In the state of Ohio my regular UC benefits expired 03/06/10 @ $355. Extended Unemployment Benefit from 2007 is $297. I was told I have to exhaust the 2007 EUC first before I can apply for the current extended benefits. Who makes up the $100 difference that I lost? - Answer it!
