Jan 26, 2009 4:24 AM - Originally certified less than 18 mpg excludes old large cars like Cadillac Devilles and Lincoln Town Cars. Won't the new 2008 EPA, more realistic standards also be used? Than the old large cars will be at 18 mpg. -
