YES, it WILL affect you because you will not be able to travel out of state with your primate. This is NOT a ban on Possesion, it is a ban on sale and travel between state lines. It has not passed yet, but it is in the works. It won't go into effect until after it has passed. Mar 5, 2009 11:54 AM - I have paid for the primate, it won't be picked up until June. Will I still be able to receive it ? -
