Affirmation of the United States Record on the Armenian Genocide Resolution
111th Congress

A simple resolution (H.Res. or S.Res.) like this one in the U.S. Congress is a legislative proposal that does not require the approval of the other chamber or the signature of the President and does not have the force of law. Feb 7, 2010 10:26 PM - If the verdicts of the courts were enforced in 1920's (see para.6 of the resolution), would there be a need for a resolution of this kind ninety years later? - Answer it!
