Jan 24, 2009 7:58 PM - why do i have to supply this information when the social security admin show contact hhs - Answer it!
Dec 2, 2009 12:47 PM - Am I required to disclose my Social Security number to an insurance company (not my company) so that they can comply with this law to make sure I am not a recipient of benefits? Am told the Insurance company will not settle this claim without me providing my social security number. Please advise. - Answer it!
