This bill never became law.

Yes, S. 2753: Credit Card Reform Act of 2008 the addition should be added and seated on the Committee hearings and sent to then passed to congress. Answered by a visitor on Jan 20, 2009 12:33 PM -
Irrelevant. The bill did not pass, so no changes will be made. Jan 22, 2009 9:26 PM - why is there not a law to require a signature on credit cards when purchasing? -
