Nov 23, 2008 12:20 PM - This is NOT the House Version of the Wilberforce bill -- It guts the Wilberforce Bill and should be renamed - perhaps the Biden/Wilberforce Bill. Advocates want Biden's version killed. -

Advocates, and I am one, and have been since the Trafficking Prevention movement started in 1998, are happy with the bill that passed last week. |
