Oct 4, 2008 2:22 PM - Why the change in support of H.R. 3162 now, when 4 of 5 of the sponsors of this bill voted YEA for H.R. 3162 authorizing this action? -

Because the intent of H.R. 3162 has been subverted and extended by Homeland Security agents beyond its original boundaries. Current behavior constitutes warrantless searches without legal justification or reasonableness for the actions. |
