Nov 19, 2008 1:01 PM - When the bill refers to "Pay differential" is that specific to gender and race, or would that include the use of geographical differences to accommodate differences in cost of living in different regions of the country? - Answer it!
Apr 15, 2009 10:53 PM - is it unlawful for an employer to pay a bigger bonus to one employee than to another one who does the same job? - Answer it!
