Jul 10, 2008 12:50 AM - I heard that this bill is being held from reaching the floor for a vote by 3 senators. Where can I find out written proof that a senator is in fact putting a hold on it and preventing it from reaching the floor for a vote? Thanks in advance for the answer. -

While Senators Coburn (R-OK), Kyl (R-AZ) and Enzi (R-WY) have not technically put a hold on S-911, there are apparently fillibuster threats coming from their camps. |
