Nov 15, 2009 6:28 PM - My husband purchased a home in 2004. My name was on the deed, but not the mortgage. He died in 2007 and I had to sell it because I could not afford the house without him. I built a new house and moved into it this year (2009), in May. Would I qualify under the proposed bill? - Answer it!
