That's not what the sentence says. It says "employment discrimination." Presumably, that means discrimination in hiring, training, promoting, paying, and other areas specifically related to employment. The restroom issue is one that is peripheral to the discussion (although not totally irrelevant). Some try to make restroom usage a wedge issue that obscures the true purpose of the bill, which is about leveling the playing field and providing transgender persons the right to work with dignity.
