Oct 29, 2009 10:30 AM - I will be completing my unemployment benefits on January 2010. Will I be eligible for this new extension? Also, I reside in a state that has a 9.6% unemployment rate. If I am eligible for the new extension, can I assume that I am also eligible for an additional extension? - Read Answers
