It will allow appropriate certified allied health professions to change to title 38 which will assist with recruitement and retention of superior candidates and help the VA become the employer of choice, which will help provide the best care for our Veterans. The bill also will allow various title 38 who normally forced to work 80hrs in a two week period, to work 72hrs instead. Thus, bringing the VA into the latter 20th century of healthcare employment. All hospitals and medical centers already offer this to most of their nurses. It hampers recruitment. Sep 24, 2009 1:42 PM - Why is there no oversight of the NPCs? -
