I don't think so. The act mentions that the definition of 'physician' is the same one as the definition in section 1861(r) of the social security act, which is Title 42 Section 1395x(r) of the United States Code, which you can see here: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode42/usc_sec_42_00001395---x000-.html search for (r) |
