S. Res. 401:
A resolution to provide Internet access to certain Congressional Research Service publications
110th Congress

A simple resolution (H.Res. or S.Res.) like this one in the U.S. Congress is a legislative proposal that does not require the approval of the other chamber or the signature of the President and does not have the force of law.
