Mr. DIXON introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means

Relating to the tariff treatment of hand crafted stone figurines.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. HAND CRAFTED STONE FIGURINES.

    Chapter 71 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new subheading, with the article description having the same degree of indentation as the article description in subheading 7116.20.20:

SEC. 2. APPLICABILITY.

    The amendment made by section 1 shall apply with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
