To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to make uniform the application of the overtime exemption for inside sales personnel.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. UNIFORM EXEMPTION.
- Section 7(i) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (29 U.S.C. 207(i)) is amended by striking `a retail or service establishment' and inserting `an establishment'.
