To authorize the reliquidation of certain entries.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. RETROACTIVE APPLICATION OF TARIFF REDUCTIONS FOR CERTAIN LIQUIDATIONS AND RELIQUIDATIONS.
- Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1980 or any other provision of law, upon proper request filed with the Customs Service after January 1, 1995, and before June 1, 1995, any entry of metal oxide varistors made after December 31, 1992, and before January 1, 1994, shall be liquidated or reliquidated as if the provisions of Annex II to Presidential Proclamation 6641 of December 15, 1993, To Implement the North American Free Trade Agreement, and for other purposes, applied to such entry.
