Mr. MCCANDLESS introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to allow the identification of deceased individuals when necessary.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
- Subsection (c)(5) of section 254A of the Immigration and Nationality Act is amended by inserting ‘or for the identification of a deceased individual if no other means of identification is available’ after ‘United States Code’.
