A BILL
To provide for the reliquidation of certain entries of imported chemicals.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. RELIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN ENTRIES.
- (a) IN GENERAL- Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision of law, upon proper request filed with the United States Customs Service within 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Treasury shall--
- (1) reliquidate, at the rate of duty of 3.7 percent ad valorem, the entries described in subsection (b) with respect to the product designated ‘Perkadox 16’ and all variations thereof under subheading 2920.90.50 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States; and
- (2) refund any excess duties that were paid with respect to such entries.
- (b) AFFECTED ENTRIES- The entries referred to in subsection (a) are as follows:
