A BILL

To amend the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 to require electronic communication service providers to report child pornography violations to the Cyber Tip Line at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPORTING OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY BY ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION SERVICE PROVIDERS TO THE CYBER TIP LINE AT THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN.

    (a) DUTY TO REPORT- Subsection (b)(1) of section 227 of the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 13032) is amended by inserting after ‘such facts or circumstances’ the following: ‘to the Cyber Tip Line at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which shall forward that report’.

    (b) DESIGNATION OF AGENCIES- Subsection (b)(2) of that section is amended by striking ‘made’ and inserting ‘forwarded’.
