Amends the Internal Revenue Code to require every organization described in paragraphs 4 (civic leagues, and etc.), 5 (labor, agricultural organizations, and etc.), or 6 (business leagues, chambers of commerce, professional football leagues, and etc.) of section 501(c) (tax exempt organizations) or section 527 (political organizations), except non-527 organizations having aggregate disclosable expenditures of less than $10,000, to submit a return to the Secretary of the Treasury which shall include specified activity, contributor, and expenditure information.
Sets forth provisions concerning: (1) additional exceptions; (2) definitions; (3) additional information required of 527 organizations; (4) reporting periods; and (5) public inspection of documents.
