7/26/2005--Passed Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Provides that any actual rental proceeds certified by the Secretary of the Interior from the lease of land acquired with a Farmers Home Administration Direct Loan by an Indian tribe or tribal corporation shall be deemed to: (1) constitute the rental value of that land; and (2) satisfy the requirement for appraisal of that land.
