Directs the Clerk of the House of the Representatives to make corrections in the enrollment of H.R. 493 (Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008) to: (1) revise deadlines for implementation of requirements related to Medicare supplemental policies; (2) exempt an employer that conducts DNA analysis for purposes of human remains identification from the prohibition against an employer, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee requesting, requiring, or purchasing an employee's genetic information; and (3) remove the requirement that DNA analysis conducted by an employer for law enforcement purposes as a forensics laboratory be included in the Combined DNA Index System.
