To amend title 49, United States Code, by repealing the provision regarding the acquisition management system for the Transportation Security Administration.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `TSA Acquisition Reform Act of 2007'.
SEC. 2. REPEAL.
(a) In General- Section 114 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by repealing subsection (o).
(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
