Yakima-Tieton Irrigation District Conveyance Act of 2007 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain buildings and lands of the Yakima Project, Washington, to the Yakima-Tieton Irrigation District. Directs the Secretary, if the conveyance has not been completed within 12 months, to report to Congress with an explanation and the date by which it will be completed.
