Champion Hill, Port Gibson, and Raymond Battlefields Addition Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land or interests within the area identified as the modified core battlefield for the Port Gibson, Champion Hill, and Raymond units on the map entitled "Vicksburg National Military Park-Proposed Battlefield Additions." Permits the acquisition of such land by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange, with the exception of land owned by the state of Mississippi or any political subdivisions of the state, which may be acquired only by donation.
Requires land acquired under this Act to be added to and administered as part of the Park.
