Directs the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) to convey, without consideration, to the Mullins and Sturgill Cemetery Association of Pound, Virginia, specified National Forest System land in the Jefferson National Forest in Wise County, Virginia, which contains the Mullins and Sturgill Cemetery and its access road.
Requires such conveyance to be subject to the condition that the real property be accepted by the recipient in its "as is" condition at the time of conveyance.
Requires such property's exact acreage and legal description to be determined by a survey that is satisfactory to the Secretary, the cost of which to be borne by the recipient.
