Directs the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) to convey a parcel of National Forest System land, comprising approximately 652 square feet on Big Mountain within the Flathead National Forest in Montana, and containing a World War II memorial, to Whitefish Mountain Resort of Whitefish, Montana, in exchange for a parcel of land that is acceptable to the Secretary and approximately equal in value.
Requires the Secretary and Whitefish Mountain Resort to share equally the nominal costs associated with a land exchange involving parcels of such a small size.
Incorporates the land acquired by the United States in the land exchange under this Act into Flathead National Forest.
