Veterans Co-Pay Fairness Act - Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA), in the case of a veteran entitled to benefits under part A (Hospital Insurance) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act or enrolled under Medicare part B (Supplemental Security Income), to reimburse such veteran for the Medicare deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance applied against such veteran with respect to emergency medical treatment items and services provided in non-VA facilities.
