A BILL

To reduce temporarily the duty on mixtures containing Trifloxystrobin and Prothioconazole.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. MIXTURES CONTAINING TRIFLOXYSTROBIN AND PROTHIOCONAZOLE.

(a) In General- Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading:

‘ 9902.01.00 Mixtures containing Methyl (aE)-a-(methoxyimino)-2-[[[(E)-[1-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-ethylidene]amino]oxy]methyl]-benzeneacetate (Trifloxystrobin) (CAS 141517-21-7) and 2-[2-(1-chlorocyclopropyl)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-hydroxypropyl]-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione (Prothioconazole) (CAS 178928-70-6), including application adjuvants provided for in subheading 3808.91.50 5.3% No change No change On or before 12/31/2015 ’.

(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
