To ensure that the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority complies with the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. APPLICATION OF THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION TO MWAA.

    The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority shall comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
