AN ACT To amend Code Section 12-2-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Environmental Protection Division, the director of the division, the Environmental Advisory Council, appeal procedures generally, permit applications, and inspections, so as to change certain provisions relating to processing of applications for issuance or renewal of permits and variances; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
