H.R. 1502 (101st): District of Columbia Police Authorization and Expansion Act of 1989

To authorize the appropriation of funds to the District of Columbia for additional officers and members of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, and to provide for the implementation in the District of Columbia of a community-oriented policing system.
